In the residential complex Palmeiras Resort, there are one, two and three bedroom apartments, plus penthouses.

The living room incorporates both TV and telephone points. Cable TV, electric shutters, intruder detectors points, a central vacuum system and fully installed air conditioning complete this luxury package. The interior layout of the apartments has been carefully designed. Optimum use has been made of the indoor space, creating highly practical homes offering maximum comfort and wellbeing.

The arrangement of the buildings that belong to Palmeiras Resort has been carefully considered to provide the best orientation for each apartment, ensuring breathtaking sea views or over the sumptuous interior gardens.

The terraces of the apartments have been designed with two separate areas, one a kitchen extension with its own bbq area, another a spacious “summer living/dining room” to enjoy all year round.

The doors from the living room lead straight out to the seating area, complete with coffee table and overhead fan. The outside dining area, with access straight from the kitchen, provides seating for up to six.

To ensure the resort maintains its premium look, every apartment is fitted with a hidden aluminium clothes drier on each of the terraces. There is a hidden drying area for clothes whilst the top quality, built-in clay barbeque gives you additional cooking options.

Video entry system is available in all the apartments, with pre-installation of domestic system. A security entrance door is also included in all apartments.

The apartments do not have any corridors, thereby making maximum use of the living space available. On top of that, the unusually large format of the porcelain tiles from Porcelanosa, 60x60 cm, increases the sense of space and gives an exclusive feel to the apartments.
