Facades of the Apartments

The facades distinctive design of the apartments is based on traditional Algarvian architecture and enhances many typical elements from Tavira and its sourrounding villages:

  • Pyramid roofs with balustrades
  • Arches and chimneys with clear Moorish influence
  • Railed windows with stone lintels
  • Lookout points where you can relish views
  • Balconies featuring the region's traditional wrought iron handrails

The idea is to create a sense of "carefully planned disorder", in which elements in a range of styles, shapes, sizes and materials blend together harmoniously within a single architectural language.
